Lars : a cute little doggy?!

You must have a real great animal loving heart to find this one cute, I guess. It looks like it escaped from a laboratory, where it survived unspeakable experiments. Though this unlucky creature obviously lost its physical and mental health, it seems to be happy in a way.

I drew the scetch for this picture on our 2nd Official Bilderwumme Drawing Night dealing with "science" after we spoke about the ugliest dog of the world having died some time ago.

I hope you enjoy this insane little animal.

Jörn: Kitsch as kitsch can

As i was painting this digital landscape, googling for inspirition meanwhile, i found a picture of Caspar David Friedrich, a famous german painter in the 18th century. Very kitschy but very good - i stole the wanderer from one of his paintings. Thanks therefor.
