ROOAAR!

Hey there!

Here're some results from the last Drawing-Night session. One of our subjects we had to deal with these night was "cars". Lots of illustrators are afraid when it comes to vehicles because its perspectives are quite difficult.

For me it has allways been fun to draw cars. Especially those with some xtra-retro-touch from the sixties or seventies. These cars really have interesting shapes and character.

Illustration für einen Beipackzettel für eine Epoxy Harz Kombination. In dem Erstehilfe set liegen auch Gummi bzw. Latex Handschuhe bei, die man auch unbedingt nutzen sollte.

Whatever, this is an commercial pice of Work but it was fun.
It's illustrating an Quick-repair kit for surfboards. The Kit inludes a pair of gloves made of rubber aka Latex.

I drew this one at our Bilderwumme Drawing Night Christmas Special. Recently I've started working on a whole series of elfs. So there's more to come. And though it seems like I'm a little late for Christmas, you all know: after Chritmas is before Christmas! First ... Hohoho!

Olf : Harvey!

A couple of weeks ago I watched Harvey. You know, that old James Stewart movie from the 50s. I hadn't seen it in ages and could barley remember anything, but I still like it a lot. The main character's best friend is an invisible 6 foot 8 inch rabbit named Harvey. You actually never see the rabbit - but it's there! So I spent the rest of the evening drawing rabbits. And the evening after that too!

This is one of the efforts.
